Org On-Board Process

Process Map

Follow the below steps for quick and easy set up of your organization.

  1. Adding Employees

    Step 1

    Navigate to your account page and select the 'Org Members' tab.

    Select the 'Add New User' button and enter in your employee's emails.

    Send your employees your organization's Access Code. You can do this with the 'Send Activation Code Email' button.

    Each employee will then need to register to Turf Tasker and enter in the access code when prompted.

    Once an employee has successfully registered, they will show as 'Registered' in the list.

    Registered employees will need to verify their email and phone from the account page upon registering.

  2. Equipment Entry

    Navigate to the equipment page.

    Click the 'Create New Equipment' Button.

    Fill in the form for each of your facilities owned equipment.

  3. Product Entry

    Navigate to the product page.

    Click the 'Create New Product' Button.

    Fill in the form for each of your facilities products.

  4. Mixture Entry

    Navigate to the product page.

    Scroll down to the Mixtures table.

    Click the 'Create New Mixture' Button.

    Fill in the form for each of your facilities mixtures.

    Use the conversion table below to assist in entering the amount of each individual product.

  5. Mechanic Product Entry

    Navigate to the Mechanic Products.

    Click the 'Create New Product' Button.

    Fill in the form for each of your facilities mechanic products(bolts, oil, mower blades, ect..).

  6. Facility Maps

    Step 6

    Navigate to the Control Center from teh Portal.

    Select "Create a map".

    Must give each map a name, center, and boundaries.

    You can use the 'Interactive' button instead of entering in the coordinates manually.

    Each of your created map's coordinates will be displayed below where they can be edited or deleted.

    To see your maps, navigate to the Facility Maps page under 'Manage'.

  7. Location Entry

    Navigate to the Task Management Page under 'Manage'.

    Click on the 'Configuration Item' button and click 'Create Location'.

    Enter in all your organization's different locations.

  8. Event Type Entry

    Navigate to the Task Management Page under 'Manage'.

    Click on the 'Configuration Item' button and click 'Create Event Type'.

    Enter in the different events your organization facilitates and give them a color.

  9. Asset Tracking

    Asset Tracking is not required but can be purchased at an additional cost.

    Refer to the 'Turf Tracking' info on the documentation page to set up Turf Tracker

  10. Start Tasking!

    Step 10

    Congratulations! You know have everything entered for your organization.

    You can now start assigning tasks. Be sure to schedule your employees before assigning tasks to them.
